The contact stated that while shifting from park(P) to drive(D), the vehicle emitted an abnormal loud sound. The contact shifted back to park(P) and upon shifting to drive (D), the failure reoccurred. There were unknown warning lights illuminated. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The dealer and the manufacturer were not notified of the failure.
