Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2013 Lincoln MKX. The contact stated that on several occasions while the brake pedal was depressed, extreme pressure was needed to stop the vehicle. No warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a Mr. Tire to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that the brake booster needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. Neither the dealer nor the manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 96,000.
