The contact owns a 2014 GMC Equinox. The contact referenced NHTSA Campaign Number: 22V165000 (Visibility). The contact stated while driving in the rain, she heard a clicking noise when the front driver's and passenger’s side windshield wipers became inoperable. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and diagnosed; however, the contact was informed that the part was under warranty but was currently unavailable. The failure mileage was approximately 80,000.
