The contact owns a 2022 Quality Cargo Trailer Model 7X14TA. The contact stated while attempting to load a 300 lb. crate onto the trailer the ramp had failed. The contact indicates the crate was being pushed up the ramp using a pallet jack when the welding on the ramp broke causing the ramp to fall to the ground. The cause of the failure was not determined. The local dealer and manufacturer were notified. The contact was informed the remedy would be to re-weld the failed welds.
