Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2019 Nissan Kicks. The contact stated while driving approximately 70 MPH, the vehicle jerked and failed to accelerate as needed before the vehicle stalled. There were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was towed to the local dealer where it was diagnosed that the transmission needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted but provided no additional assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 65,922.
