The contact owns a 1978 Yamaha 750 equipped with Continental Tires, Tire line: ContiGo. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 22T006000 (Tires) informing the contact to register on the Manufacturer’s website for the recall repair. However, the contact had been receiving error messages while attempting to submit the recall repair registration form. The local dealer was not contacted.
