Consumer Description

The transmission shakes violently at take off and while driving it accelerates and acts as if the transmission is slipping. It has gotten worse since I bought it. The shimmy at start up was brought to the attention of the dealership at the time of purchase but I was told there was nothing wrong it was just a common thing with this transmission. The message center says Transmission fault and the dealer says it is a covered problem TCM but the part is not available due to being back ordered. It has been parked fir 5 weeks and have been told to expect a year before the part is available
