NHTSA Complaint #11471541 — 2019 DODGE DURANGO

The contact's mother owns a 2019 Dodge Durango. The contact stated that while his mother was driving 65 MPH, the rear spoiler detached from the vehicle. The dealer was made aware of the failure; however, the vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and advised the contact to file a complaint with the NHTSA. The failure mileage was approximately 55,000.
