Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2022 Freightliner X Line Motorhome. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the TPMS alerted him that the tire pressure was higher than 120 PSI due to heat temperature. The RV was taken to the dealer; however, the dealer informed the contact that they did not have the equipment to reprogram the TPMS. The RV was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and informed the contact to take the RV to a Freightliner dealer where he had to pay out-of-pocket for the TPMS reprogramming. The failure mileage was approximately 775.
