NHTSA Complaint #11467770 — 2014 GMC TERRAIN

The contact owns a 2014 GMC Terrain. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the windshield wipers failed to operate as needed. Additionally, the headlights were inoperable. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The contact related the failure to NHTSA Campaign Numbers: 22V165000 (Visibility) and 22V137000 (Exterior Lightning) associated with the VIN; however, the contact had not yet received the recall notifications. The failure mileage was approximately 96,000.
