NHTSA Complaint #11464273 — 2012 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE

I have been waiting for over 2 years for Jeep to complete the recall for V62/NHTSA 19V-813. In May of 2020, the fuel pump relay failed and my Jeep would not start. The dealer (Fort Collins Jeep in Fort Collins CO) replaced the relay with the same previous version of the relay, which fixed the problem but did not satisfy the recall. They did not have parts available to fix the recall and I was put on a wait list. In the fall of 2020 I moved from Colorado to Tucson, AZ. In June 2021, I called Larry H Miller Chrysler/Jeep dealer in Tucson and was put on a wait list for the part. It's now been almost another year since then and they are still telling me that they don't have the parts available. For what is considered a safety issue, it seems wrong to have to wait for years to have it fixed. (Note: The date I entered, 5/19/2020, is the day that the Jeep failed to start.
