Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2015 Chrysler 200. The contact stated while driving at various speeds, the vehicle would hesitate for five to 10 seconds before accelerating. The contact stated no warning light was illuminated. Additionally, the contact stated that the engine would start shaking as if it was loose from the motor mounts, causing the entire vehicle to shake. The contact stated no warning light was illuminated. The contact slowed down; however, the vehicle continued to shake. The failure had become more constant. The contact had not taken the vehicle to be diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer had not been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 119,000.
