Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2017 Honda CR-V. The contact stated while driving 68 MPH with the cruise control activated, the vehicle inadvertently decelerated and then stopped with an unknown warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that an unstated module needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not yet repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 58,083.
