The contact owns a 2015 Nissan Rogue. The contact stated that whenever the brake pedal was depressed, the passenger’s side seat belt would fail to retract as designed. The seat belt warning light was illuminated. The local dealer nor independent mechanic was not contacted or notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired.
