The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 19V018000 (Air Bags) and 16V290000 (Air Bags) however, the parts to do the recall repairs were not yet available. The local dealers Tasca Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat Johnston (1667 Hartford Ave, Johnston, RI 02919: (401) 351-6600) and Bald Hill Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM (1035 Bald Hill Rd, Warwick, RI 02886: (844) 847-4671) were contacted. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure.
