CHEVROLET BOLT. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO ISSUES WITH SOFTWARE UPDATES. THE CONSUMER STATED THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME DEVELOPING A PERMANENT FIX FOR THE SAFETY RECALL.
