The contact stated that excessive force was needed to steer the vehicle. The contact was uncertain if any warning lights were illuminated. Upon investigation, the contact discovered NHTSA Campaign Number: 10V073000 (Steering) which he linked to the failure. Neither the dealer nor the manufacturer was notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 89,000.
