The contact owns a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated while driving 15 MPH, the vehicle would shake uncontrollably while driving over a bump in the roadway. There were no warning lights illuminated. The dealer was notified of the failure and an appointment was scheduled for diagnostic testing. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure.
