The contact owns a 2014 Kia Cadenza. The contact stated he noticed an abnormal rattling sound while driving at various speeds however, he was unsure where the sound was coming from. The contact stated that he felt as if the windshield was not securely seated within the frame of the vehicle. The contact stated that the windshield would move whenever it was manually touched. The contact stated he attempted to reach a representative at a dealer but had not received a callback. The manufacturer was not contacted. The approximate failure mileage was 30,000.
