Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander. The contact stated while driving approximately 45 MPH, the hood started to vibrate abnormally. The contact was concerned that the hood would open inadvertently. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer and was diagnosed with needing weather-stripping to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 8.
