The contact owns a 2020 Toyota Camry. The contact stated that while her vehicle was parked in her driveway, the rear windshield imploded without incident. The contact called the dealer and was offered no immediate assistance. The manufacturer was also notified of the failure. Due to a lack of space at the dealer, the contact had to wait two days before the vehicle was towed to the dealer. The contact believed that the blind spot sensor and the rear defroster had caused the failure. The vehicle had yet to be repaired and remained in the possession of the dealer.
