NHTSA Complaint #11435494 — 2015 CHEVROLET TAHOE

I was driving at 55 mph when the entire car shuddered and very loud babgihg and knocking occurred. Immediately the car slowed way down and lost power. Luckily I was able to sagely move it out of the lane before getting rear ended but that was only because I was in the right lane. The check engine light came on and started blinking and the traction control failure and safety radar system failure light came on. The vehicle was towed to a Chevy dealer and found out the lifters had failed and these damaged the crankshaft. The truck has 91000 miles.
