Consumer Description

2013 CHEVROLET MALIBU. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO REAR TOE LINKS SAFETY RECALL. THE CONSUMER STATED THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME COMPLETING THE RECALL REPAIR. THE DEALERSHIP INFORMED THE CONSUMER THE PARTS NECESSARY TO COMPLETE THE RECALL REPAIR WERE UNAVAILABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND REDIRECTED THE CONSUMER TO THE DEALER. *JS
