The contact owns a 2022 Chevrolet Bolt EV. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V650000 (Electrical system) however, the part to do the recall repair was not available. The contact stated that the recall instructions to set the high-voltage battery system to a 90% state of charge limitation using Target Charge Level mod did not work for her when she had to travel long commutes of more than 70 miles. The dealer was made aware of the issue but informed the contact that they were not aware of the recall.
