Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2020 Ford Fusion. The contact state that the more they turn the vehicle's acceleration pedal that the vehicle would pull to the right. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer who was able to duplicate the issue however were not able to find the cause of the failure. The vehicle had not been diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The approximate failure mileage was 23,000.
