The contact owns a 2008 Ford Fusion. The contact stated that after the dealer performed the passenger’s side airbag recall repair, the passenger’s side dashboard and airbag compartment was separating. The dealer and manufacturer were not made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 161,000.
