Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek. The contact stated while entering the vehicle, he heard a popping noise and saw there was a crack on the windshield. There was no impact to the windshield that could have caused the crack. The vehicle was repaired by an auto glass company. The dealer and manufacturer were not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 19,500.
