Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2006 Toyota Tacoma. The contact stated while driving at various speeds, the vehicle would drift and pull to the left. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that the subframe had experienced severe rusting and corrosion damage and that the structural integrity of the vehicle had been compromised. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer and local dealer were notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 140,000.
