NHTSA Complaint #11430306 — 2017 FORD EXPEDITION

The contact owns a 2017 Ford Expedition. The contact stated that moisture would leak into all four doors of his vehicle after inclement. Due to the failure, the doors were unable to unlock or open during the winter as moisture would freeze in between the doors. The dealer was initially notified of the failure and referred him to the manufacturer for assistance. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and referred him to NHTSA to file a complaint.
