Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2018 Jayco Jay Flight. The contact stated that an abnormal propane odor was coming from the propane tanks attached to the trailer. Recently, the contact received a recall notice for NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V425000 (Equipment) which she linked to her failure. The contact had yet to reach out to the dealer or the manufacturer for assistance with the recall. The contact stated that she was elderly and could not haul the trailer to a dealer to service the recall. The vehicle had yet to be repaired. The failure mileage was unknown. VIN was not available.
