Consumer Description

Took my car into dealership for recall (fuel relay) repair on June 7, 2021. They said they could not get the part until July. Car stalled in middle of driving and had it towed to dealership on June 28, 2021. The still could not get the part and gave me no ETA. No idea where to escalate this further but wanted to start here, nothing on the Jeep website to file a complaint. Is there any guidance you can provide to get any attention in the matter?
