The contact owns a 2013 Chrysler 200. The contact stated while driving in a rainstorm, the windshield wipers started skipping and eventually stopped working. The contact stated there was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic but was not diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was informed of the failure.
