NHTSA Complaint #11418769 — 2010 FORD FUSION

I have contacted Woody Anderson Ford Dealership in Huntsville, AL and the dealer is giving me the run around about the recall. I have provided the same information multiple times and the dealership refuses to order parts for my vehicle. The last recall (Passenger Airbags replaced) for the same vehicle was just as bad. It this same dealership 3 years to replace the affected airbags. I can not wait this long again. Ford Motor Company called me last time and told me that the car was not safe to drive. Now, this recall affects the driver side Airbags again for the same reasons. I offered to pay for the Driver's side air bag, but was told there was nothing wrong with the airbags.
