Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2017 Honda Accord. The contact stated that after stopping at a stop sign and making a right turn, the vehicle immediately experienced unintended acceleration and veered to the right before crashing into a telephone pole. During the crash, the driver sustained a head and hand injury which required medical treatment. A police report was taken at the scene and the vehicle was towed away. The cause of the failures was not determined. The local dealer was notified of the incident. The manufacturer was not yet contacted. The failure mileage was 20,000.
