Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2015 Subaru Outback. The contact stated that while attempting to start the vehicle, the vehicle failed to start. The contact attempted to jump start the battery with a battery charger however, the failure persisted. The contact stated that the battery would drain periodically. The contact stated that the battery had been replaced four times in a six-year period. The local dealer was made aware of the failure but informed the contact that the next available appointment was on the 29th of May. The contact replaced the battery himself. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 47,784.
