Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 GMC CANYON. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING 5 MPH ON AN UNPAVED GRAVEL ROAD, THE VEHICLE SHUDDERED SEVERAL TIMES. THE VEHICLE ALSO SHUDDERED WHILE STOPPED. THE VEHICLE WAS RESTARTED AND THE SHUDDERING CEASED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC HOWEVER, THE MECHANIC WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE ISSUE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO ANOTHER INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO DIAGNOSED THE VEHICLE WITH AN UNKNOWN STEERING FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT YET REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 215,000.
