THE POWER STEERING GOES OUT AND MY DAUGHTER IS UNABLE TO STEER THE CAR. THIS IS A INTERMITTENT PROBLEM. THE POWER STEERING WELL GO IN AND OUT WITH NO WARNING, AND THEN START WORKING AGAIN. THIS CAN HAPPEN WHILE DRIVING OR WERE YOU JUST STARTED UP.
