THE REAR PASSENGER DOOR WILL NOT OPEN EITHER FROM THE INSIDE OR OUTSIDE EVEN THOUGH THE LOCK/UNLOCK SEEMS TO BE FUNCTIONING. IT HAPPENED RANDOMLY.
