Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 BUICK LACROSSE. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS STATIONARY, CRANKS UP WHEN THE KEY IS IN THE IGNITION AND THERE IS A SWISHING NOISE AROUND THE STEERING WHEEL. THE CONTACT STATED NO WARNING LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO J M JACKSON CHEVROLET BUICK (18996 US-84, ANDALUSIA, AL 36421) TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE MECHANIC WAS UNABLE TO DETERMINE THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER HAD NOT BEEN INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 90,000.
