Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 HONDA CR-V. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 25 MPH, THE SUN ROOF GLASS FRACTURED WITHOUT IMPACT. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO CMA'S VALLEY HONDA (296 LEE JACKSON HWY, STAUNTON, VA 24401) TO BE INSPECTED. THE MECHANIC WAS UNABLE TO DETERMINE THE CAUSE OF THE FRACTURE. THE DEALER REPLACED THE SUN ROOF GLASS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 32,000.
