WHEN FUELING VEHICLE OVERFLOW POURS OUT OF THE TANK AND ON TO THE VEHICLE AND GROUND WHEN FILLED. I'VE OWNED THE VEHICLE FOR 14 MONTHS AND HAS BEEN DOING THIS SINCE PURCHASED.
