Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FORD EXPLORER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 20 MPH, THE POWER STEERING MALFUNCTIONED CAUSING THE DRIVER TO ALMOST LOSE CONTROL OF THE STEERING WHEEL, AND DRIVE OFF THE ROAD. THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS NOT YET DETERMINED. THE LOCAL DEALER AUTOHAUS UWE NEU LOCATED AT VOGELBACHER WEG 44 HOMBURG GERMANY 66424 AND THE MANUFACTURER WERE NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. NO ASSISTANCE WAS OFFERED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 70,000.
