Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 NISSAN MURANO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FRONT DRIVER'S SIDE SEAT BRACKET FRACTURED, ALLOWING THE SEAT TO ROCK BACK AND FORTH. THE REAR SUBFRAME OF THE VEHICLE HAD POOR WATER DRAINAGE AND EXCESSIVE RUST. THE CONTACT NOTIFIED HIS STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND WAS INFORMED TO CONTACT NHTSA TO FILE A COMPLAINT. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. NEITHER THE DEALER NOR THE MANUFACTURER WERE MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 85,000.
