Consumer Description

I HAD A RECALL ON MY 2008 SILVARODO TO REPLACE PASSENGER SIDE AIRBAG. I RECIEVED A LETTER SAYING PARTS WERE IN AND TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE IT REPLACED. I MADE APPOINTMENT WITH VICTORY CHEVOLET IN CHARLOTTE TO HAVE WORK DONE. WHEN I GOT THERE THEY SAID THEY DID NOT HAVE THE PARTS AND WOULD CALL WHEN THEY CAME IN. WHY MAKE AN APPOINTMENT JUST TO HEAR THEM SAY "WE DON'T HAVE THE PARTS"
