WHEN DRIVING I HEAR A WINDING SOUND IN MY SPEAKERS WHEN I ACCELERATE. MY RADIO IS OFF WHEN THIS HAPPENS. ALSO MY DRIVERS SEAT BELT WILL NOT STAY LATCHED. KEEPS COMING UPDONE WHEN CORRECTLY FASTENED.
