Consumer Description

I AM GETTING A KNOCKING SOUND COMING FROM THE PASSENGER SIDE IN THE GLOVE BOX AREA WHEN I TURN ON MY "HEATER" AND "AC" FROM THE CONTROL BUTTON IN THE DASHBOARD AREA. I AM SITTING IN THE CAR AFTER STARTING UP THE CAR AND THEN THERE IS A LOUD CONTINUAL NOISE COMING FROM THE GLOVE BOX ON THE PASSENGER SIDE OF CAR. I NEED TO KNOW IS THIS A "RECALL" ISSUE IN THIS YEAR AND MAKE OF JEEP? PLEASE HELP ME FIND OUT WHAT THIS MEANS IN MY CAR. IS IT DANGEROUS TO ME AS THE OWNER? THANK YOU FOR YOUR KINDNESS IN THIS MATTER.
