Consumer Description

THE POWER STEERING SPONTANEOUSLY FAILED WHILE DRIVING. IT SEEMS TO BE PART OF A PREVIOUS RECALL ASSOCIATED WITH THIS MAKE AND MODEL. THEY STATED THAT MY CAR BASED ON THE VIN NUMBER IS NOT PART OF THIS RECALL. I WAS DRIVING AND THE CONTROL LIGHT FLASHED ON THE DASHBOARD. ON MY MESSAGE CENTER THE WORDS POWER STEERING APPEARED AND I HAD LOST POWER STEERING TO THE STEERING COLUMN. THE VEHICLE BECAME EXTREMELY HARD TO STEER..
