Consumer Description

BATTERY DRAIN EVERYDAY RESULTING IN A NEED TO JUMP START EVERY TIME WE NEED TO USE THE CAR. WE HAD THE APIM REPLACED IN JULY 2020 AFTER FORD DIAGNOSED THIS AS THE PROBLEM. NOW AFTER FOUR MONTHS AND $1500.00 WE ARE HAVING THE SAME EXACT ISSUE AND FORD IS SAYING THE BACKUP CAMERA IS THE CAUSE FOR THE POWER DRAIN, AND THEY ARE TELLING US IT WILL BE ANOTHER $1300.00 TO FIX THIS ISSUE. THIS DEALER AUTONATION FORD VALENCIA, CA. HAS HAD THE CAR THERE FOR 5 WEEKS NOW AND BACK IN JULY 2020 THEY HAD THE CAR FOR 4 WEEKS!!!!! WE BELIEVE THEY DID NOT FIX THE ISSUE THAT CAUSED THE BATTERY DRAIN AND NOW WANT TO CHARGE US AGAIN TO FIX THE MISTAKE.
