Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 KIA OPTIMA. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING 25 MPH, THE MESSAGE (PULL OVER SAFELY) WAS DISPLAYED ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE LOCAL DEALER MENTOR KIA (9090 MENTOR AVE, MENTOR, OH 44060, (440)953-1000) TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS SUBJECTED TO REPAIR UNDER NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 20V750000 (ENGINE). THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS HAD EXCEEDED THE WARRANTY MILEAGE LIMIT AND THERE WOULD BE NO ASSISTANCE PROVIDED IN REPAIRING THE VEHICLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 155,000.
