Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 KIA SORENTO. THE CONTACT STATED AFTER DRIVING AND PARKING THE VEHICLE, THE CONTACT SMELLED BURNING OIL AND AN ELECTRICAL ODOR COMING FROM UNDER THE HOOD. THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT NOTIFIED AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO RECOMMENDED THAT THE OIL BE TOPPED OFF TO FIX THE FAILURE HOWEVER, THE FAILURE THE PERSISTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 126,000.
